Purchase Options & Cancellations Policy
Placing an Order
• When you place an order with Oh So Pretty, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed by contacting us at hello@ohsoprettybrand.co.uk
• After this time, we may have already started processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
• If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Changes to Orders
• If you need to update your delivery address or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, but we’ll do our best to help.
Out of Stock Items
• If an item you’ve purchased becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you straight away and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refusal of Service
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
• Payment is not authorised,
• Incorrect personal or payment details are provided, or
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent.
