Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order! If for any reason your not completely happy, here's how we can help:

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• To start a return, please email us at hello@ohsoprettybrand.co.uk with your order number.

Non-returnable items

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or faulty items

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos if possible), and we’ll sort it quickly for you.
