Thank you for shopping with Oh So Pretty! Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship your orders.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

We ship all UK orders with Royal Mail:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery): 2–4 business days – £3.49

• Royal Mail 1st Class (Express Delivery): 1–2 business days – £4.49

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day aim – £5.49

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

International Shipping

• We currently [do / do not] offer international shipping.

• If available: Delivery times and costs vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs checks, or events outside our control.

• During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, sales) deliveries may take longer.

Order Tracking

• Standard 1st and 2nd Class services are not tracked.

• For full tracking, please select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details (where applicable) by email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@ohsoprettybrand.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
